Integrated Neuropsychiatric oriented comprehensive consultation and exam, if necessary. Extensive review of past medical history, treatment history and persistent/present concerns. Discussion my include review of most recent labs if within 3 months or potential recommendations for new or repeat labs, assessments or studies to help understand or uncover any potential underlying factors that may provide opportunities towards new treatment options.
