Ketamine- this medication is used in an oral preparation only and in very low doses is a safe adjunct to supporting deeper changes in cognitive perceptions and helps to achieve and sustain a reorientation psychologically to one of greater safety and less hostility in respect to our past, present and future perceptions of injury and harm. It is utilized to encourage the psyche aspect of the Mind/Body towards congruence.  Ketamine encourages small and compounding changes in our dysfunctional patterns of perception of our world and experience and complements well with individual, professionally guided therapy.
