By accessing or using Resilient Mind Medicine’s website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Resilient Mind Medicine offers online psychiatry consultations, integrative mental health resources, and related services. All services are intended for informational and professional purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Use of AI Scribe
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the documentation of your consultation, Resilient Mind Medicine may use an AI scribe during your sessions. The AI scribe is a tool used to transcribe notes from your session for record-keeping purposes. These notes will be stored securely and are subject to the same privacy protections outlined in this agreement. The use of an AI scribe is to assist in creating accurate and detailed records of your consultation but does not replace the professional judgment or oversight of your healthcare provider.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of local, state, or international laws.

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful content (viruses, spam, etc.).

  • Engaging in conduct that disrupts the normal flow of communication.

5. Professional Relationship
Consultations are provided by licensed professionals. While we provide mental health services, we cannot guarantee results and recommend that you seek in-person medical treatment for urgent mental health matters.

6. Telemedicine
Resilient Mind Medicine offers telemedicine services, which allow for psychiatric consultations via secure video platforms. By using these services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are receiving care remotely, and this may differ from in-person evaluations.

  • Telemedicine may not be appropriate for all conditions, and in-person consultations may be recommended for certain cases.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health history and current concerns.

  • You may not receive a diagnosis or treatment plan if your case requires in-person evaluation.​

7. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. A cancellation policy applies to appointment changes.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given once a session or therapy has been completed.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on Resilient Mind Medicine's website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and educational materials, is the property of Resilient Mind Medicine and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
Resilient Mind Medicine, its affiliates, and its employees are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the website or services provided. By using our services, you assume all risks associated with telemedicine consultations.

11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Boulder, Colorado. In the event of a dispute, we recommend that you attempt to resolve it through mediation or arbitration before seeking legal action. Any litigation related to these Terms shall take place in the appropriate courts of Colorado.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the bottom of this document.
