PROTOCOL

To begin healing psychosomatically, the most critical place to start is with reducing the harms/insults that your body is working against.  As with everything in this concept and protocol its important to approach it with an approach to putting in more good and having less bad impacts.  This protocol is presented in a Harm Reduction approach.  This means that there are gradients and many ways that you can reduce harm and increase good and begin to slow the degradation of our bodies and minds and instead more good towards healing.

1. Reduce and Mitigate Insults to the Mind/Body

This is the most important step towards healing, because these are the primary factors that lead to the Mind/Body dysfunctions that we are experiencing today.  Nearly all of the negative insults to our health are environmental and therefore, modifiable to a great extent.  The intent is to move towards More Good, Less Bad and this equates to more environmental influences that are Mind/Body positive and less that are negative but there is no goal of absolution.  This aspect entails a detailed review of the numerous aspects of our environment and lifestyle that have compounding and traumatic (though, most often imperceptible) impacts to our Mind/Body and experience of health.

2. Provide an environment of safety and abundance

Its hard to convivence yourself of safety when there is scarcity and most of us live in a state of scarcity within our Mind/Body and have made immeasurable accommodations to survive, but not thrive in it.  Shifting towards safety and abundance means giving your body nutritional abundance that doesn't otherwise occur in our modern day rhythms.  Creating abundance for your cells will be providing them with a supply of diversity and abundance of nutrients that are uncommon to achieve in our daily lives without specific intent to do so.  This stage of the protocol will introduce a foundation of essential nutrients for our cells innate physiological processes to healing and maintenance.  The combination of nutrients recommended are foundational and based on how our cells have evolved with the nutrients available to them to build processes around but due to modern agricultural practices, soil depletion, water pollution and chemical applications- are no longer available to us in abundance; even when we make all the best efforts to eat "clean."  When cells can operate in the abundance that they evolved on, they can rediscover their optimal processes that restore health.

The essential and foundational nutrients include:

-Phosphatidylcholine

-Balanced omega fatty acids, naturally sourced

-Whole-foods derived comprehensive multivitamin including OPC's

-Plant derived Essential Amino Acids

-Plant derived Fiber/PREbiotics

-Soil derived Humic/Fulvic Acid

-Natural/Spring Water and/or reverse osmosis water with reconstituted minerals

-Essential salts and minerals​.

3. Leverage instruments such as supplements or medications, sparingly and intermittently as needed to facilitate and optimize healing.

Most instruments that can facilitate progression through the stages of healing and restoration can be found in nature and given enough time and resources, this approach is ideal.  In our present pace of modern day, gathering and implementing them with time can be more difficult.  There are some pharmaceuticals that can support catalyzing Mind/Body healing in this protocol and the few that I can prescribe for this purpose are:​

This protocol was developed in recognition of the inseparable Mind/Body connection and with the orientation to return agency to you and your mind/body.  To restore the sovereignty of our Mind/Body with respect to how it has evolved in the most adaptive and amazing ways to support our best survival. To recognize that despite our current conditions, our mind/body has never betrayed us as we are sometimes led to believe- but instead has cleverly adapted to an unimaginable amount of environmental impacts- though not without some trade offs in function/capacity given these circumstances.  This approach and protocol seeks to retore you Mind/Body's capacity to heal, maintain and grow increasingly more resilient to new threats/insults/traumas.​
